The five State Rooms & Suites pictured on this page, occupy some of the more interesting spaces in the Cliffside Manor House and Seaview Cottage. Beatrice Turner lived and painted in Beatrice's Room, where original artwork on the doors remains to this day. The Tower Suite dramatically unfolds across the two levels of the Manor House's Victorian turret and cupola. Seaview Suite may have the most exotic bathing salon at the Inn, outfitted with a whirlpool and steam bath plus built-in, waterproof media center. And quietly tucked high away with views, skylights, and mansard dormers, are the Seascape Suite and Turner Suite.

All State Rooms & Suites are nicely appointed with grand king or queen beds, fine linens, Beatrice Turner artwork, fireplace, and whirlpool or steambath, among other special touches and luxurious amenities. State Room and Suite sizes range from 350 to 500 square feet, with rates from $225 - $475, depending on the season..
